Yaser Chow
Founder
Yaser Chow is an entrepreneur, product builder, and finance operator dedicated to strengthening real-world communities through technology. As the founder of NBRLY, a hyper-local platform, he empowers members of the community to build engaging experiences that connect residents with their neighbors to foster vibrant, engaged local ecosystems.
Prior to founding NBRLY, Yaser spent over 15 years leading corporate finance and strategic planning across high-growth tech enterprises. His background includes managing FP&A for Alphabet: including Google, YouTube, Google Cloud, and Other Bets (Waymo, Verily, Nest, Fiber, Sidewalk Labs, Isomorphic Labs); additionally, The We Company’s Ventures portfolio and Element Inc. (biometrics identification startup). Over his finance career, he served in roles across international offices including Mexico City, London, and Bangalore.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who provided diplomatic security for senior U.S. officials and embassies worldwide with tours in Japan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Panama; Yaser pairs rigorous operational discipline and corporate finance acumen with hands-on real estate operations and grassroots community advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
